Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed immediately after orders are placed and we are unable to cancel orders receiving your order confirmation email.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 
• Standard order processing time is 6-10 business days.
• Standard shipping time can be up to 7-14 business days after the order is shipped. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Orders are shipped via USPS. Hey Caregiver! is not responsible for any delays our USPS partners are currently experiencing regionally or nationwide.
• Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. 
• During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 10-15 business days to process.
